Indian Wedding at Mahwah NJ
I had the pleasure of photographing a lovely couple’s beautiful Indian wedding at a luxury hotel in New Jersey. It was a joyful, festive occasion where love and tradition were celebrated in the company of family and friends.
The ceremony took place in a magnificent ballroom with breathtaking floral arrangements, vivid colors, and creative designs. The groom looked handsome in his sherwani, and the bride was stunning in a traditional red lehenga. My camera captured many of the ceremony’s meaningful rites, including the exchange of vows, the tying of the sacred thread, and the exchange of rings.
Afterward, the newlyweds and their bridal party took portraits around the hotel grounds, which showcased the area’s natural beauty. The couple’s portraits were especially striking, with the hotel’s opulent design as the perfect backdrop.
The reception ballroom was beautifully decorated, with elegant centerpieces, sophisticated lighting, and a dance floor packed with guests dancing to traditional Indian music. I was thrilled to capture the couple’s first dance, and the rest of the evening was filled with delicious food, heartfelt speeches, and plenty of dancing.
I made sure to document every special moment of the night, from the cake-cutting to the group dances with family and friends. The hotel team ensured that everything ran smoothly, so the newlyweds and their guests could simply enjoy their day.
This beautiful celebration of love and tradition was a joyful highlight of the season for this lovely couple. It was a privilege, as their wedding photographer, to document the moments that made the day so unforgettable and to create memories they will treasure.
